We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro card payments. This is a secure payment processor and we don’t hold any payment information on our website. You can also pay via Paypal – you’ll be directed to PayPal to complete the payment.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days – this can be longer during busy sale periods. Items that are made to order can take up to one week to ship. Orders being sent to a Italy address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe.

 

Shipping is charged at cost as it appears on your order.

 

Italian orders

Orders in Italy weighing less than 2 kg are shipped via the Italian Post Office and orders over 2 kg via traceable courier.

Shipping to Italy is free for orders over £ 75.

 

Orders from the European Union

As of 11.00pm on 31st December 2020, orders shipped to addresses within the EU will be billed with local VAT and may be subject to additional handling fees upon delivery.

 

International orders (excluding the European Union)

International orders weighing less than 2 kg are shipped via the tracked and signed service of Poste Italiane (where available) and orders over 2 kg via a tracked courier service.

 

You will be required to sign for your package. If no one is available to provide a signature, a delivery card will be left at your address.

 

Please be careful to enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are not delivered or delayed in transit due to incorrect address details that have been provided to us.

 

Any customs duties are charged to the customer.
